Las joyas indiscretas: Una lectura integral de la Historia de la Sexualidad como arqueología del psicoanálisis

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo me propongo realizar una lectura de los 4 tomos de Historia de la sexualidad prestando atención al modo en que ésta funciona como «arqueología del psicoanálisis». Para ello, revisaré específicamente cómo la sexualidad necesitó ser aislada y autonomizada de otros placeres, constituyéndose en un lugar privilegiado de ligazón entre el sujeto y la verdad. Para ello, abordaré cronológicamente los libros comenzando por destacar el lugar circunstancial de la sexualidad en las prácticas de sí greco-latinas, pasando por el medioevo, y la modernidad, hasta terminar siendo colocada por Freud en la dimensión central de la psiquis humana.

On the following work, I aim to develop a reading on the four tomes of History of sexuality, paying attention at the way in which it works as an archaeology of psychoanalysis. I will specifically review how sexuality needed to be isolated and autonomized from other types of pleasures, constitutingitself as a privileged space of link between the subject and the truth. In order to do so, I will develop the books chronologically, starting with the circumstantial place that sexuality occupied on the Greek and Latin practiques of the self. I will pass through middle age, and modernity, towards Freud, to see how sexuality is placed as a central dimension of human psyche.
