Variables óseas de anuros

Abstract

El set de datos corresponden a los datos utilizados para el trabajo: Geometric properties of long bones and degrees of morphological integration between the fore and hindlimbs in anuran species with different habitat uses. La base de datos incluye las variables óseas de los huesos largos de miembro anterior y posterior de distintas especies de anuros y la medida de otras estructuras óseas que fueron utilizadas para los calculos de índices óseos. Esto se realizó a partir de tomografías computadas del repositorio digital Morphosource.com. Las imágenes tomográficas fuerons segmentadas y analizadas con el software 3dslicer. The data set corresponds to the data used for the article: Geometric properties of long bones and degrees of morphological integration between the fore and hindlimbs in anuran species with different habitat uses. The database includes the bone variables of the long bones of the forelimb and hindlimb of different species of anurans and the meassure of other bone structures that were used for the calculation of bone indexes. This was done using computed tomography scans from the digital repository Morphosource.com. The tomographic images were segmented and analyzed with the 3dslicer software.
