Interpelar el servicio de justicia en clave feminista: una de las grandes deudas de la democracia argentina

Abstract

Este trabajo profundiza en uno de los debates más actuales en torno al servicio de administración de justicia: cómo y por qué bregar por una reforma judicial feminista. Desde este prisma, en primer lugar, se sintetizan, a modo de diagnóstico, las principales certezas críticas acerca del actual servicio de justicia –incluido el funcionamiento de la CSJN, la composición del Consejo de la Magistratura, la falta de participación de mujeres y otras identidades no hegemónicas en altos cargos de decisión, entre otros–. En segundo lugar, se avanza sobre algunas ideas y propuestas sobre las modificaciones necesarias para deconstruir y reconstruir el servicio de administración de justicia en clave feminista.

This paper delves into one of the most current debates around the justice administration service: why and how to fight for a feminist judicial reform. From this point of view, in the first place, it is synthesized, by way of diagnosis, what are nominated as the main critical certainties regarding the current service of justice, including the functioning of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, the composition of the Council of the Nation’s Judiciary, the lack of women participation and other non-hegemonic identities in high decision-making positions, among others. Secondly, some ideas and proposals are advanced on the necessary modifications to deconstruct and rebuild the administration of justice service in a feminist key.
