Experiencias de militancia sindical: las luchas docentes cordobesas

Abstract

El presente trabajo se propone abordar la temática de las luchas sociales desde su propio lugar de enunciación y construcción. Abrir el espacio de discusión a las luchas sindicales, nos permite observar las diferentes caracterizaciones del conflicto, sus intereses, demandas, e historias, así como analizar sus configuraciones actuales y futuras. Los análisis realizados se construyen alrededor de la lucha sindical de los docentes de la provincia de Córdoba en los últimos años. Para ello empleamos la técnica provista por el análisis de discurso que nos permite dar cuenta de las características del enunciador, su contexto, el espacio que construye en su enunciación y las diferentes significaciones que existen en los discursos docentes, permitiendo comprender la forma que toma el conflicto en el presente y el marco histórico que lo atraviesa.

The aim of this work is to tackle the social struggles from their own place of enunciation and construction. Opening a space to discuss unions’ struggles allows us to observe the different characterizations of the conflict, its interests, demands and histories, as well as to analyze its current and future configurations. The present analyses are constructed around the teacher unions’ struggle in Cordoba in the last years. For this purpose we use the skills provided by the speech analysis. The mentioned technique allows us to report the enunciating subject’s characteristics, their context, the space where they construct their enunciation and the different meanings in the educational speeches. This let us understand the form that conflict takes in the present and the historical frame that crosses it.
