Acoso y ciberacoso escolar: un instrumento para su medición

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene por objetivo dar a conocer un instrumento para evaluar la violencia escolar en el contexto post pandemia, brindando a las instituciones datos confiables que permitan el desarrollo de programas que gestionen la convivencia, previniendo la violencia y creando un ambiente de bienestar escolar saludable. Se desarrolló un Cuestionario para medir el Acoso y Ciberacoso Escolar (CACE-44), validado por expertos y probado empíricamente en una muestra de 564 estudiantes secundarios en Mendoza. El enfoque fue cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo y correlacional, de carácter transversal. El CACE-44 permite identificar diversos tipos de violencia, describir indicadores de acoso y ciberacoso, y caracterizar a las partes involucradas. Este instrumento local con alcance nacional e internacional ayuda a identificar efectivamente señales de violencia escolar, contribuyendo a políticas educativas sólidas y acciones preventivas, garantizando una educación libre de violencia y promoviendo un ambiente escolar saludable y equitativo para todos los jóvenes.

The objective of this study is to present an instrument to evaluate school violence in the post-pandemic context, providing institutions with reliable data that allow the development of programs that manage coexistence, preventing violence and creating a healthy school well-being environment. A Questionnaire to measure School Bullying and Cyberbullying (CACE-44) was developed, validated by experts and empirically tested in a sample of 564 secondary students in Mendoza. The approach was quantitative, descriptive and correlational, of a cross-sectional nature. The CACE-44 makes it possible to identify various types of violence, describe indicators of bullying and cyberbullying, and characterize the parties involved. This local instrument with national and international scope helps to effectively identify signs of school violence, contributing to sound educational policies and preventive actions, guaranteeing violence-free education and promoting a healthy and equitable school environment for all young people.
