Native and introduced species of small fruits in Austral Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego

Abstract

Santa Cruz and Tierra del Fuego constitute the Austral Patagonia and are situated at the southernmost part of South America. The propagation of native small fruit species and the evaluation of the culture possibilities of native and introduced small fruit species in Austral Patagonia, represent one of the objectives of the Laboratorio de Propagación y Producción Vegetal – Area Recursos Agronómicos of the Centro Austral de Investigaciones Científicas.
