Evolución de la depresión clínica en grupos de terapia focalizada para adolescentes violentos

Abstract

En el Programa de Psicología Clínica para Adolescentes, Sede Regional Sur, UBA (Directora: Prof. Dra. Susana Quiroga) se creó y desarrolló un dispositivo diagnóstico-terapéutico denominado Grupo de Terapia Focalizada- GTF para el abordaje de los adolescentes tempranos violentos con diagnóstico de Trastorno Negativista Desafiante y Trastorno Disocial. En esta presentación se mostrará la evolución clínica de la depresión. Los resultados del Cuestionario de Depresión Infantil-CDI mostraron que en la comparación basal-final del dispositivo GTF (N= 42), los adolescentes con Trastorno Negativista Desafiante (TND) y Trastorno Disocial (TD) descienden en forma significativa la subescala Autoestima Negativa. En la comparación basal-final del dispositivo GTF por diagnóstico, los pacientes con TND mostraron el mismo descenso significativo en la subescala Autoestima Negativa. En la comparación de las diferencias en las medidas basales de las muestras conformadas por diagnóstico, se observaron puntajes significativamente más altos en el TD en las subescalas Inefectividad y Anhedonia y en el puntaje Total. En relación con el sexo, las mujeres presentan valores significativamente más altos en las subescalas Problemas interpersonales, Inefectividad, Anhedonia y en el puntaje Total. En relación con la edad, las subescalas Estado de ánimo negativo y Anhedonia mostraron una tendencia a aumentar con la edad.

In the Clinical Psychology Programme for Adolescents, Southern Branch, UBA (Chair: Prof. Dr. Susana Quiroga) a therapeutic-diagnostic device called Focused Therapy Groups- FTG has been created and developed for therapeutic approach of violent early adolescents diagnosed with Defiant Negative Disorder and Conduct Disorder. In this presentation the clinical depression evolution will be shown. The outcome of the Children´s Depression Inventory- CDI showed that in the base-final comparison of the FTG device (N= 42) the adolescents with Defiant Negative Disorder (DND) and Conduct Disorder (CD) lower their Negative Self-esteem Subscale significantly. In the base-final comparison of the FTG device by diagnosis (DND: 17; CD: 25), it was also observed that the patients with DND lower the Negative Self-esteem Subscale. In the comparison of the differences in the base measures of the samples formed by diagnosis, significantly higher scores in the CD were observed in Anhedonia and Ineffectiveness subscales and in the Total score. In the comparison of the differences in the base measures of the samples formed by sex, significantly higher scores in women were observed in Interpersonal Problems, Ineffectiveness and Anhedonia subscales and in the Total score. In the comparison of the differences in the base measures of the samples formed by age, Negative Mood and Anhedonia subscales tended to increase with age.
