Filosofía feminista de la técnica y tecnología: Notas para una academia latinoamericana activista

Abstract

Este artículo se propone indagar sobre la constitución de una filosofía feminista d e la técnica y la tecnología desde el sur latinoamericano. Retoma las discusiones del Simposio Filosofía Feminista de la Técnica, prestando especial atención a los desplazamientos en torno a la relación entre feminismo y tecnología desarrollado en el norte global. También presenta los desarrollos en relación a los Estudios de Género, Ciencia y Tecnología y el ciberfeminismo en Latinoamérica. Se apropia de la noción de conocimiento situado para proponer una tecnología situada como punto de partida para una filosofía feminista de la técnica y la tecnología.

This article aims to investigate the constitution of a feminist philosophy of technique and technology from the Latin American South. It takes up the discussions of the Symposium Feminist Philosophy of Technology, paying special attention to the displacements around the relationship between feminism and technology developed in the global north. It also presents the developments in relation to Gender, Science and Technology Studies and cyberfeminism in Latin America. It appropriates the notion of situated knowledge to propose a situated technology as a starting point for a feminist philosophy of technology and technology.
