Circulación de representaciones sobre la violencia paraestatal de los ´70 en Argentina. Diálogos y disputas entre la producción de prensa, el ámbito judicial y la Historia Reciente

Abstract

El análisis de la violencia paraestatal acontecida entre los años del tercer peronismo en nuestro país ha sido una de las preocupaciones historiográficas dentro del campo académico de la Historia Reciente, y una problemática que se ha comenzado a complejizar sobre todo a partir de miradas que han rescatado lo federal del fenómeno. Encontramos que recientemente algunos de los aportes históricos tuvieron recepción dentro del ámbito judicial en el marco de un proceso de juzgamiento por delitos de lesa humanidad cometidos por la organización Triple A en la ciudad de Bahía Blanca entre los años 1974 y 1976. El debate por dicha causa comenzó el 9 de marzo del año 2020 y tuvo su cierre tras la sentencia del 2 de agosto del 2021. En este marco, nos proponemos pensar cuáles fueron las prácticas historiográficas que dieron sentidos a ese pasado, las recepciones, formas de apropiación social y efectos del cruce entre lo judicial y lo histórico disciplinar. Nos centraremos en algunas preguntas-eje, a saber ¿cómo se fueron construyendo las imágenes e interpretaciones tempranas sobre la violencia paraestatal?, ¿de qué manera dichas representaciones circularon entre ámbitos diversos como el de los medios de prensa o el ámbito judicial?, ¿cuánto de los abordajes más recientes dentro de los estudios históricos sobre la represión tuvo efectos en el escenario judicial? Y ¿cómo fueron los diálogos, las confrontaciones y/o disputas historiográficas sobre el pasado reciente entre justicia e historia?

Parastatal violence during the years of the third peronist government in Argentina has been one of the historiographic concerns within the academic field of Recent History. It has also been a problem that has begun to become more complex from perspectives that have rescued the federal aspect in said phenomenon. Recently, some of the contributions from the field were received within the judicial sphere and within a trial process for crimes against humanity committed by the Triple A organization in the city of Bahía Blanca between 1974 and 1976. The debate in that case began on March 9, 2020 and was closed after the judgment of August 2, 2021. Therefore, we propose to think about the historiographical practices that gave meaning to that past, the receptions, forms of social appropriation and effects of the intersection between the judicial and history as an academic discipline. We will focus on some central questions, namely, how were the early images and interpretations of parastatal violence built? How did these representations circulate among different spheres such as the media or the judicial sphere? How much of the most recent approaches within the historical studies on repression had effects within the judicial scenario? And how did the dialogues, confrontations and/or historiographic disputes about the recent past between justice and history turn out?
