Conflicto y cooperación del personal de enfermería en un hospital público de Buenos Aires

Abstract

Este artículo se propone indagar las relaciones de cooperación y conflicto quesurgen en torno a la realización de las tareas de mantenimiento del servicio endos de los turnos del equipo de enfermería de la terapia neonatal de un hospitalpúblico de Buenos Aires en el año 2021. Para el presente artículo nosvaldremos de un estudio cualitativo, a través de la realización de entrevistassemi-estructuradas a las enfermeras de ambos turnos. El artículo se divide enlas siguientes secciones: 1. Introducción, 1.a Cooperación desde lapsicodinámica del trabajo, 1.b Negociación del esfuerzo y frontera de control 2.Abordaje Metodológico, 3. La voluntad como móvil: las tareas demantenimiento del servicio, 3.a Refugiarse en lo prescripto, 3.b La construcciónde un colectivo 4. Reflexiones finales.

This article aims to investigate the relationships of cooperation and conflict that arise around the performance of service maintenance tasks in two of the shifts of the neonatal therapy nursing team of a public hospital in Buenos Aires. For this article I used a qualitative study, in which semi-structured interviews were carried out with nurses on both shifts in 2021. The article is divided into the following sections: introduction; cooperation from the psychodynamics of work; conflict: negotiation of effort and control boundary; methodological approach; the will as a motive: the tasks of maintaining the service; take refuge in what is prescribed; the construction of a work collective, and final reflections.
