Del tribunal al aula, y del aula al tribunal. Gustos, disgustos y ritos de pasaje entre la justicia penal y la docencia

Abstract

Este artículo busca analizar el funcionamiento de la institución judicial en Argentina a partir de algunas representaciones que ofrecen los actores que trabajan en la justicia penal y además realizan actividades docentes. En concreto, exploramos aquello que les gusta y les disgusta a dichos actores respecto de la propia institución judicial junto a las intersecciones que se generan entre los tribunales y las aulas en las que dictan contenidos relacionados con el derecho.

This article seeks to analyze the functioning of the judicial institution in Argentina based on some representations offered by actors who work in criminal justice and also carry out teaching activities. Specifically, we explore what these actors like and dislike about the judicial institution itself together with the intersections that are generated between the courts and the classrooms in which they dictate content related to law.
