Movimiento sociales y socioespaciales como mediadores del acceso a la salud en el barrio Félix U. Camet de Mar del Plata (2005 a 2020)

Abstract

El objetivo es analizar la existencia y rol de movimientos socioespaciales y/o movimientos socioterritoriales en la construcción del Centro de Atención Primaria de la Salud (CAPS) Félix U. Camet de 2005 a 2015, momento en que es reconocido formalmente. La metodología empleada es cualitativa, basada en la recopilación bibliográfica teórica sobre los conceptos de movimientos sociales, territorio y barrio. También se usaron datos oficiales locales acerca de las funciones de centros médicos, así como su localización espacial. Por último, se realizaron cuatro entrevistas semiestructuradas entre 2016 y 2020 a profesionales de la salud que participaron de las acciones colectivas que originaron el dispensario en años precedentes. La creación del CAPS se logra con la mediación de un movimiento socioespacial entre los vecinos del barrio estudiado y el Estado Municipal. Si bien no hay una reivindicación directa del territorio, se producen espacios políticos con la finalidad de transformar su realidad.

The objective is to analyze the existence and role of socio-spatial and/or socio-territorial movements in the construction of the Félix U. Camet Primary Health Care Center (CAPS) from 2005 to 2015, when it was formally recognized. The methodology used is qualitative, based on the theoretical bibliographic compilation on the concepts of social movements, territory and neighborhood. Local official data on the functions of medical centers as well as their spatial location were also used. Finally, four semi-structured interviews were conducted between 2016 and 2020 with health professionals who participated in the collective actions that originated the dispensary in the previous years. The creation of the CAPS is achieved with the mediation of a socio-spatial movement between the residents of the neighborhood studied and the Municipal State. Although there is no direct claim to the territory, political spaces are produced with the aim of transforming their reality.
