La importancia de la Economía de la Felicidad: análisis de la situación actual y perspectivas a futuro

Abstract

El objetivo principal del presente trabajo fue analizar los distintos descubrimientos obtenidos por la Economía de la Felicidad en las últimas décadas con la finalidad de contextualizarlos en el contexto global pospandémico. En vista de este nuevo escenario global, se buscó dar las razones por las cuales la Economía de la Felicidad debe tener un rol aún más activo y preponderante, repensando el campo. Se examinó la situación actual de la Economía de la Felicidad y las perspectivas a futuro, así como qué medidas pueden ser llevadas a cabo para mejorar los índices de felicidad en la sociedad. La metodología utilizada fue de carácter analítico – conceptual. Se repasaron las distintas conclusiones obtenidas por la Economía de la Felicidad, tomando en cuenta los distintos resultados estadísticos y descriptivos de la disciplina. El trabajo fue dividido en tres partes, observando la necesidad de acción en la esfera estatal, empresarial y educativa, explicando la necesidad de que la felicidad posea un rol más preponderante en estas áreas y evaluando como podrían llevarlo a cabo, así como los beneficios que obtendrían estos sectores en particular y la sociedad en su conjunto. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que, en este nuevo escenario, la Economía de la Felicidad tiene la oportunidad – y necesidad – de cobrar mayor importancia que nunca, algo que será beneficioso para todos los involucrados.

The importance of the Economy of Happiness: analysis of the current situation and future perspectivesThe main objective of this work was to analyze the different discoveries obtained by the Economy of Happiness in recent decades in order to contextualize them in the post-pandemic global context. In view of this new global scenario, we sought to give the reasons why the Economy of Happiness should have an even more active and preponderant role, rethinking the field. The current situation of the Economy of Happiness and future perspectives were examined, as well as what measures can be carried out to improve happiness indices in society. The methodology used was of an analytical-conceptual nature. The different conclusions obtained by the Economics of Happiness were reviewed, taking into account the different statistical and descriptive results of the discipline. The work was divided into three parts, observing the need for action in the state, business and educational spheres, explaining the need for happiness to have a more preponderant role in these areas and evaluating how they could carry it out, as well as the benefits that these sectors in particular and society as a whole would obtain. The results obtained showed that, in this new scenario, the Economy of Happiness has the opportunity and the need to become more important than ever, something that will be beneficial for all those involved.
