Ciudad en dictadura: Procesos urbanos en la ciudad de Buenos Aires durante la última dictadura militar (1976-1983)

Abstract

A partir del análisis de las intervenciones y reglamentaciones más importantes desarrolladas tanto por el gobierno nacional como por el gobierno municipal de la última dictadura militar argentina en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, se busca indagar los sentidos que adquieren estas intervenciones, en qué medida pueden ser subsumidas a ciertos lineamientos políticos y de qué modo éstos se enmarcan en los lineamientos más generales del régimen militar. En este sentido, se profundizará en particular en el grado de coherencia y homogeneidad de las intervenciones analizadas, considerando los actores intervinientes, el sentido de las intervenciones y la dinámica político institucional desarrollada.

Based on the analysis of the most important interventions and regulations developed by both the national government and the municipal government of the last Argentinean dictatorship, we seek to investigate the characteristics of these interventions and the way in which they relate with the general political guidelines of the military regime. In this regard, we will focus on the degree of coherence and consistency of the interventions examined, considering the government departments involved, the sense of interventions and the political and institutional dynamics developed.
