Circuitos productivos regionales: estado de la cuestión de una herramienta analítica para reflexionar en el siglo XXI

Abstract

El artículo se propone, a través de una revisión bibliográfica, recuperar los aportes latinoamericanos en torno a la herramienta analítica que constituyen los ?circuitos productivos regionales?. Surgida en la década de 1970, se constituye como una forma de analizar la dinámica de la acumulación productiva en diversos territorios. Esta herramienta posee un valor significativo al momento de indagar las relaciones de poder en torno a la acumulación y distribución del excedente en los diferentes encadenamientos productivos. El artículo se organiza en cuatro apartados. En primer lugar, se realiza una introducción de la temática en la que se expone la importancia de la mencionada herramienta analítica. En segundo lugar, se recuperan los aportes realizados por diferentes autores/as en relación a los circuitos productivos regionales. En un tercer momento se avanza con el análisis del circuito productivo de la yerba mate. El texto se cierra con reflexiones en relación a la mencionada herramienta, sus posibles usos y se realizan apreciaciones finales.

The article proposes, through a bibliographical review, to recover the Latin American contributions around the analytical tool that constitutes the "regional productive circuits". Emerged in the 1970s, it is established as a way of analyzing the dynamics of productive accumulation in various territories. This tool has a significant value when investigating the power relations around the accumulation and distribution of the surplus in the different productive chains. The article is organized into four sections. In the first place, an introduction of the subject is made in which the importance of the aforementioned analytical tool is exposed. Secondly, the contributions made by different authors in relation to the regional productive circuits are recovered. In a third moment, progress is made with the analysis of the yerba mate productive circuit. The text closes with reflections in relation to the aforementioned tool, its possible uses and final appreciations are made.
