Apuntes críticos a la distinción Leib-Körper en Ideas II y la centralidad del Leibkörper para la fenomenología de la corporeidad

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se analizan los términos utilizados por E. Husserl en el segundo volumen de Ideas relativas a una fenomenología pura y a una filosofía fenomenológica. Investigaciones fenomenológicas sobre la constitución para nombrar la corporeidad humana. Nos interesa, dentro del abanico semántico desplegado por el filósofo, atender al concepto de Leibköper y mostrar su independencia respecto del par Leib y Körper, en tanto y en cuanto permite describir una dimensión de la experiencia que las otras nociones no parecen agotar. Se discuten, además, las interpretaciones de E. Behnke (1996) y N. Depraz (2001) sobre el concepto de Leibkörper. Mientras para la primera, se trataría de una definición estrictamente naturalista de la corporalidad que debe ser excluida en la actitud fenomenológica, para la segunda es, más bien, un concepto esencialmente fenomenológico, el de cuerpo vivido. Teniendo en cuenta el contexto general de fundamentación de una Fenomenología de la corporeidad que anima el trabajo, el esclarecimiento de esta noción resulta de vital importancia.

This paper analyzes the terms used by E. Husserl in the second volume of Ideas Relative to a Pure Phenomenology and a Phenomenological Philosophy. Phenomenological investigations on the constitution to designate the human bodily existence. Given the semantic range of notions presented by Husserl, we are interested in the concept of Leibkörper. Our central aim is to show the independence of that concept with respect to the pair Leib and Körper. The Leibkörper allows us to describe a dimension of experience that the other two notions do not seem to exhaust. The interpretations of E. Behnke (1996) and N. Depraz (2001) on the concept of Leibkörper are also discussed in the paper. While for the former, it would be a strictly naturalistic definition of corporeality that must be excluded in the phenomenological attitude, for the latter it is, rather, an essentially phenomenological concept, that of the lived body. Taking into consideration the interest for the foundation of a Phenomenology of corporeality that animates this work, the clarification of this notion is of vital importance.
