La flexibilidad del diseño de investigación: reflexiones acerca de los desafíos y oportunidades de investigar en/desde el aula

Abstract

Este escrito reúne un conjunto de reflexiones respecto del proceso de producción de datos, desde obstáculos, desafíos y oportunidades identificados en torno a la implementación de la estrategia metodológica prevista. Para alcanzar este objetivo, seguimos la siguiente secuencia expositiva: en primer lugar, describimos las técnicas previstas y su forma de implementación junto con los obstáculos y cambios contextuales; en segundo lugar, damos cuenta de la reformulación del trabajo de campo y, finalmente en las Consideraciones Finales esbozamos posibles interpretaciones, entre ellas la falta de una problematización sobre la mediatización de las estrategias metodológicas y sus implicancias sobre la población a la que nos estábamos dirigiendo; también la vía de contacto utilizada para los grupos de discusión -formal y acorde a la universidad-, tal vez resultó lejana a sus dinámicas comunicacionales cotidianas. A la vez,nos ofrece algunas pistas acerca de otras de sus percepciones: en torno a la investigación científica en general, a esta investigación en particular, e incluso en torno a la institución a la ingresaron -la Universidad a la que se va a estudiar, pero que demanda, interpela, pregunta-.

This writing brings together a set of reflec-tions regarding the data production process, from obsta-cles, challenges and opportunities identified around the implementation of the planned methodological strat-egy. To achieve this objective, we develop the follow-ing expository sequence: first, we describe the planned techniques and their implementation method together with the obstacles and contextual changes; secondly, we give an account of the reformulation of the field work and, finally, in the Final Considerations we outline pos-sible interpretations, among them the lack of a prob-lematization on the mediatization of the methodologi-cal strategies and their implications on the population to which we were addressing; Also, the contact channel used for the discussion groups -formal and according to the university-, perhaps turned out to be far from their daily communication dynamics. At the same time, it offers us some clues about other of their perceptions: about scientific research in general, about this research in particular, and even about the institution they en-tered, the University to which they are going to study, but that demands us, challenges us, questions us.
