Problematizando maternidad y cuidado: Simone de Beauvoir, Silvia Federici y madres holísticas

Abstract

El artículo trabajo recupera las “ideasfuerza” acerca de la maternidad en las obras de las pensadoras feministas Simone de Beauvoir y Silvia Federici para hacerlas dialogar entre ellas y las representaciones y reflexiones acerca de maternidad que tienen las mujeres de la ciudad de Santa Fe que participan y promueven “partos humanizados” y “crianzas naturales”. El abordaje metodológico consiste en el análisis de contenido de una selección de obras de las autoras y de un conjunto de materiales empíricos que comprende entrevistas semiestructuradas y notas de campo tomadas en rondas de gestantes y talleres de formación de doulas realizadas durante el 2015 hasta la actualidad (2022).

The aim of this work is to recover the "forceideas" on matherhood in the works of feminist writers Simone de Beauvoir and Silvia Federici, in order to establish a dialogue between them and the representations and reflections on their own maternity held by women who participate in and promote "humanised childbirth" and "natural child-rearing". The methodological approach consists of the content analysis of a selection of works by the authors and a set of empirical materials that includes semi-structured interviews and field notes taken in in pregnant and doula´s circles conducted from 2015 to the present (2022).
