El Partido Justicialista (PJ) de Santa Fe frente al conflicto por la Resolución 125/2008: Fractura y reorganización partidaria

Abstract

En 2007 hubo en Argentina elecciones nacionales y provinciales. A nivel nacional, el Frente Para la Victoria (FPV) ganó con la fórmula Cristina Fernández de Kirchner – Julio Cobos. A nivel provincial, sin embargo, el partido justicialista santafesino fue derrotado en las elecciones a gobernador. Tres meses después una medida impositiva -la Resolución 125/08- dispuesta por el gobierno nacional generó un enfrentamiento con los sectores ligados a la producción y exportación agraria que se extendió varios meses. El conflicto afectó al justicialismo santafesino, que buscaba recuperarse de la derrota del año anterior. El resultado fue una división que impidió que el "kirchnerismo" se consolide como la nueva fracción dominante en el PJ local. En este artículo analizamos este proceso, centrando nuestra atención en el período 2007- 2008.

In 2007 there were national and provincial elections in Argentina. At the national level, the Frente por la Victoria (FPV) won with the formula Cristina Fernández de Kirchner - Julio Cobos. At the provincial level, however, Justicialist Party of Santa Fe was defeated in the governor´s elections. Three months later, a tax measure -Resolution 125/08- ordered by the national government generated a confrontation with the sectors linked to agricultural production and exports that lasted several months. The conflict affected the justicialismo from Santa Fe, which was seeking to recover from the defeat of the previous year. The result was a division that prevented "kirchnerism" from consolidating itself as the new dominant fraction in the local PJ. In this article we analyze this process, focusing our attention on the period 2007-2008.
