Movilidades y agencia: ¿Cómo sortear el insilio?

Abstract

El insilio constituye una experiencia colectiva que por su propia naturaleza ha quedado profundamente invisibilizada, negada hasta en su nominación. No sabemos cuántxs han sido las personas que en Argentina estuvieron en esa condición. No sabemos si algunavez se han pensado como insialiadxs, ni qué reflexiones hicieron al respecto. En este artículo buscamos abocarnos al análisis y reflexión que las experiencias de insilios suponen, abordando movilidades forzadas hacia el NE de Chubut durante el terrorismode Estado. El recorte de una escala espacio temporal, se relaciona con el profundo interés de narrar la historia de lxs trabajadxs en el NE de Chubut, pero, a la vez, oficia como una decisión metodológica posible, que nos permite recortar el universo del insilio para observar qué elementos en común construyen la experiencia colectiva. A partir de tres entrevistas realizadas en distintos momentos buscamos probar el valor y las posibilidades que encierra el análisis propuesto y construir preguntas para un campo de estudios que todavía no ha sido suficientemente frecuentado.

The insilio constitutes a collective experience that by its very nature has remained profoundly invisible, denied even in its nomination. We do not know how many people in Argentina have been in that condition. We do not know if they have ever thought of themselves as insiliadxs, or what reflections they made about it. In this article we seek to focus on the analysis and reflection that the experiences of insilios suppose, addressing forced mobility towards the NE of Chubut during State terrorism. The cut of a space-time scale is related to the deep interest of narrating the history of the workers in the NE of Chubut, but, at the same time, it officiates as a possible methodological decision, which allows us to cut the universe of the insile to observe what elements in common build the collective experience. Based on three interviews conducted at different times, we seek to test the value and possibilities of the proposed analysis and build questions for a field of study that has not yet been sufficiently frequented.
