¿Perspectiva o ideología de género?: Voces en disputa en la vida universitaria

Abstract

Si bien el proceso de transformación que vienen llevando a cabo las universidades data de principios del siglo pasado, la problemática de las mujeres y la agenda de género se instaló y legitimó fuertemente en las instituciones educativas y en la población en general desde la primera movilización masiva del “Ni una menos” en el año 2015. Al mismo tiempo que la creación e implementación de políticas de género en las universidades nacionales generan fuertes adhesiones y apoyos, también despiertan tensiones, afectos y posicionamientos refractarios. Es por ello que, el propósito del presente artículo es abocarnos a la comprensión de estos últimos; cuáles son sus argumentos y recursos retóricos. Para ello, analizamos con herramientas del Análisis del Discurso intervenciones realizadas en las cuentas institucionales de la red social Facebook de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales (FSoc) y la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras (FFyL), ambas unidades académicas de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Advertimos que, frente a la expansión de las políticas de género y la intensificación de la retórica y agenda feminista en el nivel superior de enseñanza, existe una vacancia en relación con estudio de estos posicionamientos reactivos, cuyo mayor conocimiento nos permite enriquecer y complejizar los debates en torno a los alcances y limitaciones de la democratización universitaria en clave de género.

Although the transformation process that universities have been carrying out dates back to the beginning of the last century, the problem of women and the gender agenda has been strongly established and legitimized in educational institutions and in the general population since the “Ni una menos” first massive mobilization in 2015. At the same time that the creation and implementation of gender policies in national universities generate strong adhesions and support, they also arouse tensions, affections and refractory positions. That is why, the purpose of this article is to focus on the understanding of the latter; what are their arguments and rhetorical resources. For hese reason we analyze with Discourse Analysis tools, the posts and comments made in the institutional accounts of the social network Facebook of the Faculty of Social Sciences (FSoc) and the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters (FFyL), both academic units of the University of Buenos Aires. We warn that in the context of the gender policies expansion and the intensification of feminist rhetoric and agenda at the higher level of education, there is a research vacancy of these reactive positions, whose greater knowledge allows us to enrich and make the debates more complex around the scope and limitations of university democratization in terms of gender.
