dc.description.abstract

In this paper, within the framework of a discourse ethical reflection, we raise the question of the origin of life and of human person from two key concepts: primordiality and primigeniusness. The former not only refers to the genetic constitution of the human being but also to some inherent aspects of affective, communicative, cultural development of human life from its conception. Moreover, from conception to death human development is always a social fact and not only a fact of biological life. This means that from conception the elements of primigeniousness (such as the human genetic constitution of an evolving individual of human species, affection and communication) and of primordiality (the conditions of validity, inherent in the moral community of communication) have to be conceived as inseparable.
