'Más allá' del placer y el displacer: Bewältigung en Freud y Nietzsche

Abstract

Al abordar las relaciones entre los pensamientos de Freud y Nietzsche, la reflexión sobre el lugar que ocupan el placer y el displacer ha sido desarrollada de modo escaso o tangencial. El objetivo central de este artículo será dar cuenta de cómo, a partir de una lectura de la dinámica vital en ambos autores en función de las relaciones placer-displacer, es posible ubicar un espacio ‘más allá’ de las mismas que definirá dicha dinámica en términos de dominio (Bewältigung). A partir de ello, se buscará mostrar cómo el Bewältigung presenta tendencias divergentes para cada pensador en función de cómo se concibe la relación entre ser vivo y las fuerzas que le son internas y externas.

When addressing the relationships between the thoughts of Freud and Nietzsche, the reflection on the place of pleasure and unpleasure has been developed in a scant or tangential way. The central objective of this article will be to give an account of how, from a reading of the vital dynamics in both authors as a function of the pleasure-unpleasure relationships, it is possible to locate a space 'beyond' them that will define said dynamics in domain terms (Bewältigung). From this, it will seek to show how the Bewältigung presents divergent tendencies for each thinker depending on how the relationship between living being and the forces that are internal and external is conceived.
