Prácticas apropiacionistas y procesos de (des) subjetivación: las producciones de charly.gr, milton läufer y el dúo c0d3 p03try en tiempos de gubernamentalidad algorítmica

Abstract

En este trabajo, nos proponemos estudiar articuladamenteuna serie de producciones de literatura digital argentina queproblematizan la noción de propiedad en el lenguaje. A partir delanálisis de los modos corrientes de (des)subjetivación en tiempos degubernamentalidad algorítmica (Rouvroy y Berns 2013), nos interesapreguntarnos si las prácticas apropiacionistas de las piezasque conforman nuestro corpus habilitan posibles alternativas olíneas de fuga. Es decir, si logran sustraerse a las lógicas binarias de los sistemas de estandarización tecnolingüísticos y a lasegmentación de perfiles, que tienden a reducir lo subjetivo aalgo calculable. El concepto de “escrituras past” (Mendoza 2011)nos resulta productivo para analizar el juego de múltiples vocesdel pasado y del porvenir, que en estas prácticas se articulanen una modulación única, y para plantearnos el interrogantede si operan o no en tanto resistencia a los sentidos hegemónicos de la cultura digital. Para eso, proponemos pensaren términos de subjetividades mediadas, “a medio camino”–entre la agencia humana y la máquina–, vueltas espectroso convertidas en “médium”, por sus diversas hibridacionescon lo tecnológico.

In this paper, we intend to study a series of works from Argentine digital literature that problematize the notion of properties in language. From an analysis of the current modes of (de)subjectivation in times of algorithmic governmentality (Rouvroy and Berns 2013), we want to know if the appropriation practices of different items that make up our corpus enable possible alternatives or meeting points. That is, if they manage to avoid the binary logics of technological standardization systems and user segmentation, which tend to reduce the subjective to something that can be measured. The concept of “escrituras past” (copy-paste writing) (Mendoza 2011) is useful to analyze the game of multiple voices from the past and the future, which in these practices are organized in a single modulation, and to ask ourselves the question of whether or not they operate as a resistance to the hegemonic meanings of digital culture. In order to do this, we propose thinking in terms of mediated subjectivities, “halfway” between human agency and the machine, that are turned into ghosts or converted into “medium”, for their various hybridizations with technology.
