Re-conociendo la pluralidad de voces en la ruralidad del NOA: Un abordaje desde las perspectivas del sur global

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo se presenta el análisis y posterior interpretación de tres casos de estudio con comunidades rurales y campesinas del Noroeste Argentino (NOA). Para ello, utilizamos herramientas interpretativas de las teorías y epistemologías del Sur, ya que estas comunidades -en algunos casos y en distintos contextos políticos y temporales- fueron y continúan siendo violentadas y/o atravesadas por lógicas hegemónicas que universalizan prácticas, saberes, sentidos y costumbres. A partir del análisis y reflexión sobre tales experiencias, exponemos posibilidades de un trato igualitario real a otro (campesino/a, nativo/a, originario/a) oprimido, excluido, partiendo de un giro epistemológico y político que permita re-conocer ese lugar de enunciación (visibilizando sus luchas y resistencias) que les fue y aún es negado. El encuentro y diálogo entre estas investigaciones resulta una contribución estratégica para visibilizar la diversidad cultural y otros modos de vincularse con grupos sociales que por diferentes motivos fueron y continúan siendo avasallados por políticas de estado y agentes que concentran poder.

The following work presents the analysis and subsequent interpretation of three case studies with rural and peasant communities of the Argentine Northwest (NOA). For this, we use interpretive tools of the theories and epistemologies of the South, since these communities - in some cases and in different political and temporal contexts - were and continue to be violated and/or traversed by hegemonic logics that universalize practices, knowledge, meanings and customs. From the analysis and reflection on such experiences, we expose possibilities of a real equal treatment to another oppressed, excluded persons (peasants, native people), starting from an epistemological and political turn that allows to re-know that place of enunciation (making their struggles and resistances visible) that was and still is denied. The encounter and dialogue between these investigations is a strategic contribution to visibilize the cultural diversity and other ways of linking with social groups that for different reasons were and continue to be overwhelmed by State policies and agents that concentrate power.
