Industrias asociadas al complejo vitivinícola: Caracterización y poder económico

Abstract

En el interior del país podemos enumerar una serie de complejos productivos que dinamizan las economías regionales. Comprender su funcionamiento requiere considerar a los agentes sociales ligados al eje principal de los complejos, como los que están vinculados de modo colateral.En la vitivinicultura argentina, en la mendocina en particular, podemos encontrar servicios e industrias asociados al eje uva- vino que vertebra al complejo productivo. Concentrándonos en el presente artículo en aquellas actividades asociadas que tienen un perfil industrial, buscando identificar los agentes que allí intervienen, sus características como el grado de poder económico que detentan. En la delimitación temporal nos concentramos en la posconvertibilidad, retomando las transformaciones resultado del proceso de reconversión vitivinícola que, desde mediados de los noventa, fueron modificando los agentes y el funcionamiento de este complejo productivo hasta la actualidad.

Focusing in this article on those associated activities that have an industrial profile, seeking to identify the agents that intervene there, their characteristics such as the degree of economic power they hold. in the temporal delimitation, we focus on post-convertibility, resuming the transformations resulting from the wine reconversion process that, from the mid-nineties, were modifying the agents and the operation of this production complex up to the present day
