Identificando relaciones reales y posibles entre educación y salud en una comunidad en situación de vulnerabilidad social

Abstract

El artículo desarrolla la dimensión “relaciones reales y posibles entre instituciones de educación y salud” de una investigación en curso desarrollada en una comunidad vulnerada de la ciudad de Río Cuarto (Córdoba, Argentina) en contexto de pandemia por Covid-19. Desde un estudio cualitativo de casos se pudo reconocer, a partir de testimonios de la directora de una escuela y la médica del Centro de Atención Primaria de la Salud, que representan la mencionada dimensión y las categorías y subcategorías inherentes a las relaciones que se establecen en un plano interinstitucional, las concepciones que subyacen a estas relaciones, un plano concreto “del hacer” y uno declaratorio “del decir” sobre estas relaciones y la dificultad de su establecimiento en pandemia. Se concluye cómo este fenómeno se constituye a futuro en un catalizador para la proyección de relaciones entre los campos de la salud y la educación junto con la posibilidad de desarrollar desde ellos diversos niveles de conceptualización y práxis, en el sentido freireano del término.

The article develops the dimension "real and possible relationships between education and health institutions" of an ongoing investigation carried out in a vulnerable community in the city of Río Cuarto (Córdoba, Argentina) in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Through a qualitative case study, the testimonies of the director of a school and the doctor of the primary health care centre were found to represent the above-mentioned dimension and the categories and subcategories belonging to the inter-institutional level in an established relationship, the conceptions underlying these relationships, a specific level "of doing" and a declarative level "of speaking" about these relationships and the difficulty of establishing them in a pandemic. The article concludes how this phenomenon becomes a catalyst for the projection of relationships between the fields of health and education in the future, together with the possibility of developing from it different levels of conceptualization and praxis, in the Freirean sense of the term.

Der Artikel entwickelt die Dimension „reale und mögliche Beziehungen zwischen Bildungs- und Gesundheitseinrichtungen“ einer laufenden Untersuchung, die in einer sozial vulnerablen Community in der Stadt Río Cuarto (Córdoba, Argentinien) im Kontext der Covid-19-Pandemie durchgeführt wird. Im Rahmen einer qualitativen Fallstudie konnte anhand der Aussagen der Direktorin einer Schule und der Ärztin des Zentrums für primäre Gesundheitsversorgung festgestellt werden, dass sie die oben genannte Dimension und die Kategorien und Unterkategorien darstellen, die den in einem etablierten Beziehungen interinstitutionellen Niveau zugehören, die diesen Beziehungen zugrundeliegenden Konzeptionen, ein spezifisches Niveau „des Tuns“ und ein deklaratorisches Niveau „des Sprechens“ über diese Beziehungen und die Schwierigkeit ihrer Etablierung in einer Pandemie. Es wird geschlussfolgert, wie dieses Phänomen zukünftig zu einem Katalysator für die Projektion von Beziehungen zwischen den Bereichen Gesundheit und Bildung wird, zusammen mit der Möglichkeit, daraus verschiedene Ebenen der Konzeptualisierung und der Praxis im freireanischen Sinne zu entwickeln.
