Phylogenetic biogeography of Onychophora

Abstract

Este conjunto de datos contiene los archivos de datos usados para estimar la historia biogeográfica de Onychophora, un pequeño filum de animales distribuídos en los trópicos y la región subtropical meridional. This dataset contains the data files used to estimate the biogeographic history of Onychophora, a small animal phylum distributed in the tropics and the subtropical meridional regions. The dataset includes the paleogeographic model, the phylogenetic tree, and the specimen records. The analysis was performed with the program PhyGeo (https://github.com/js-arias/phygeo). The repository includes the results of the analyses. The file README.md contains a description of the data files and how to run the analyses.
