En los intersticios del poder: Los parlamentarios durante la construcción partidaria del peronismo (Córdoba, 1946-1952)

Abstract

Los procesos de construcción partidaria ensayados por el peronismo desde su llegada al poder en 1946 han sido uno de los tópicos recurrentes en los debates historiográficos acerca de este movimiento político. En efecto, sus diversos y sucesivos entramados organizativos han dado lugar a distintas interpretaciones, que han oscilado entre poner el acento en lo que se identifican como sus polos organizativos o acentuar en los procesos de concentración geográfica y funcional de la autoridad que lo atravesaron, pasando por caracterizaciones que subrayaban su baja institucionalidad y rasgos carismáticos. Retomando estos debates, nos proponemos revisitar estos procesos con la mirada situada en el rol desempeñado por los representantes del peronismo cordobés en el Congreso de la Nación, entendiendo que su anclaje en los espacios locales y departamentales les permitió construir intersticios de poder desde los cuales resistir a la dirección central del partido y proponer alternativas organizacionales. Combinando los aportes de la historiografía con los de la sociología política y a partir de una reducción y juego de escalas, buscaremos articular los niveles macro y micro en la reconstrucción de estos procesos a través del análisis de diversas fuentes oficiales y periodísticas.

The party-building processes rehearsed by Peronism since it came to power in 1946 have been one of the recurrent topics in historiographical debates about this political movement. Indeed, its diverse and successive organisational structures have given rise to different interpretations, which have ranged from emphasising what are identified as its organisational poles to stressing the processes of geographical and functional concentration of authority that it underwent, to characterisations that underlined its low institutionalism and charismatic traits.

Taking up these debates, we propose to revisit these processes from the perspective of the role played by the representatives of Peronism in Cordoba in the National Congress, understanding that their anchoring in local and departmental spaces allowed them to build interstices of power from which to resist the party’s central leadership and propose organisational alternatives. Combining the contributions of historiography with those of political sociology and using a reduction and interplay of scales, we will seek to articulate the macro and micro levels in the reconstruction of these processes through the analysis of various official and journalistic sources.
