Tramas vibrantes: Las expresiones de ríos, piedras y selvas en el Litoral argentino

Abstract

El Litoral, tal como aparece en determinados materiales artísticos provenientes de la literatura, de las artes visuales y del cine, es un espacio en el que el devenir, el fluir y la mezcla configuran tramas escritas previas a cualquier alfabeto. Lejos tanto de la idea de autor que conduce a explicar las figuras a la luz de la biografía de sus creadorxs humanxs como de la idea de obra artística, en este artículo se establece un diálogo entre fragmentos de poemas de Ortíz y Aulicino, recortes breves de textos narrativos de Demitrópulos, Holmberg y Quiroga, imágenes de Millán y Bohtlingk y una escena de un film documental de García con los conceptos provenientes de la filosofía materialista y ecocrítica. Entre estos últimos se encuentran las nociones de materiales astillados de Adorno, intra-acción de Barad, materia-con-historias de Iovino y Oppermann y materialidades vibrantes de Bennett. Esta conversación permite explorar cómo en el Litoral la luz, el aire, el agua, las plantas, las piedras y los animales son soportes de escrituras, sobreescrituras y tachaduras hechas por la misma materia astillada y vibrante que posee voz y grafía. Las escrituras no humanas se configuran en procesos intra-activos estabilizadores y, al mismo tiempo, desestabilizadores, presentes en las tramas cerradas de la selva, en la corriente de los ríos y en los pensamientos florecidos y flotantes de los camalotes.

The Argentine litoral, as it appears in certain literary, visual and cinematographic materials, is a space in which becoming, flowing and mixing configure written plots that are prior to any alphabet. Far from the idea of "author" that leads to explaining the figures in the light of the biography of their human creators as well as from the idea of artistic work, this article establishes a dialogue between fragments Ortíz and Aulicino poems, short cuts of narrative texts written by Demitrópulos, Holmberg and Quiroga, Millán and Bohtlingk images and a scene from a documentary film by García with concepts from materialist and eco-critical philosophy. The notions of splintered materials (Adorno), intraaction (Barad), matter-withstories (Iovino and Oppermann) and vibrant materialities (Bennett) are fundamental here. This conversation allows us to explore how on the litoral light, air, water, plants, stones and animals are supports for writings, overwritings and erasures made by that same splintered and vibrant matter that has voices and graphical symbols. The non-human writings are configured in stabilizing and, at the same time, destabilizing intra-active processes, present in the closed wefts of the jungle, in the current of the rivers and in the flowering and floating thoughts of the water hyacinth.
