Leibniz por Vicente Fatone: Creatio ex nihilo et creatio ex possibilitate. La paradoja de la doble creación

Abstract

Vicente Fatone (1903-1962) permanece como una figura poco o mal conocida, si no olvidada, en el ámbito de la filosofía argentina. Orientalista, políglota, poeta, místico, diplomático, periodista, filósofo, Fatone se destaca como uno de los pensadores más esclarecidos en los temas que abordó; revalorizarlo es casi un deber. En esta ocasión, partimos de su estudio "Leibniz y el problema religioso" para analizar su novedosa interpretación del gran asunto de la creación en Leibniz. A contrapelo del canon hermenéutico que ha hecho escuela, Fatone nos revela "otro Leibniz" a la luz de antiguas creencias orientales, a partir de su penetrante lectura de la Teodicea.

Vicente Fatone (1903-1962) remains a little or little known figure, if not forgotten, in the field of Argentine philosophy. Orientalist, polyglot, poet, mystic, diplomat, journalist, philosopher, Fatone stands out as one of the most enlightened thinkers on the issues he addressed; revaluing it is almost a must. On this occasion, we start from his study "Leibniz and the religious problem" to analyze his new interpretation of the great subject of creation in Leibniz. Going against the grain of the hermeneutic canon that has become a school, Fatone reveals to us "another Leibniz" in the light of ancient oriental beliefs, from his penetrating reading of Theodicy.
