Violencia política y represión estatal en la historia reciente argentina, entre los trabajos de la memoria, la justicia y la investigación histórica

Abstract

El artículo analiza los procesos sociales de luchas por la memoria, la verdad y la justicia en Argentina, así como las políticas de derechos humanos implementadas por el estado desde la dictadura hasta la actualidad. Por otro lado, explora algunas de las articulaciones entre esos procesos de memoria, los recorridos de la justicia y la investigación histórica que se han verificado en estos últimos veinte años.

This article analyses the social processes of struggles for memory, truth and justice in Argentina as well as the human rights policies implemented by the State from the dictatorship to the present day. On the other hand, it explores the relationship between these processes of memory, the paths of justice and the historical research in the last twenty years.
