Los problemas ambientales en un destino turístico: El caso de Villa Pehuenia-Moquehue, provincia de Neuquén, Argentina

Abstract

Este trabajo se propone reconocer y caracterizar diversos problemas ambientales que se suscitan en el área de Villa Pehuenia-Moquehue (provincia de Neuquén, Argentina). Se considera que los mismos son productos del accionar de la sociedad y que surgen a causa del uso y manejo que esta realiza de los recursos naturales. Su análisis supone una mirada integral del ambiente y toma en consideración que la relación sociedad-naturaleza es dinámica y como tal, ha mostrado modificaciones a lo largo de los años. En tal sentido y como resultado de este estudio, se han podido identificar y agrupar los problemas ambientales, según el motivo que los originó. Ello permite una mejor comprensión de los vínculos que se presentan y/o presentaron entre los grupos sociales que se hallan en el área, y su entorno natural.

This work aims to recognize and characterize various environmental problems that arise in the Villa Pehuenia-Moquehue area (Neuquén province, Argentina). It is considered that they are products of the actions of society and that they arise because of the use and management that it makes of natural resources. Its analysis assumes a comprehensive look at the environment and takes into consideration that the societynature relationship is dynamic and, as such, has shown changes over the years. In this sense and as a result of this study, it has been possible to identify and group environmental problems, according to the reason that originated them. This allows a better understanding of the links that are presented and / or presented between the social groups found in the area, and their natural environment. For this, various secondary sources have been analyzed and empirical contributions obtained from the field work carried out in the area have been used. In order to observe and analyze different processes such as the seasonality of the destination, the visits were made at different times of the year. Although there are investigations in mountain range areas with similar characteristics, in the study area there are still certain deficiencies in this regard.
