Objetos en devenir como artefactos de memoria y potencia testimonial de la ficción en Los ahogados, por el Teatro de Ilusiones Animadas (Córdoba, Argentina)

Abstract

Los ahogados es una traducción escénica del relato homónimo de María Teresa Andruetto a cargo del Teatro de Ilusiones Animadas, grupo de teatro de objetos de la escena independiente y autogestiva de la ciudad de Córdoba. La obra reconstruye el contexto de la última dictadura militar argentina y reelabora los horrores de los vuelos de la muerte como práctica de exterminio. En este trabajo nos proponemos, a partir de un acercamiento al proceso creativo de Los ahogados, observar cómo los objetos, en devenir, se constituyen como artefactos que permiten visualizar la memoria como un trabajo de permanente elaboración y transformación. La propuesta teatral relee y reescribe escénicamente el texto literario y, en el tránsito hacia la escena, pone en evidencia el carácter testimonial de la ficción y su enorme potencia para construir y disputar memorias e identidades colectivas.

Los ahogados is a scenic translation of María Teresa Andruetto’s homonym short story by Teatro de Ilusiones Animadas, a group of object theatre from the off stage in Cór- doba city, Argentina. The play reconstructs the context of the argentinian last military dic- tatorship and elaborates the horror that means «the death flights» as a practice of extermi- nation. In this work we are interested in the creative process of Los ahogados to observe how the objects, in their becoming, turn to memory artifacts, in a permanent elaboration and transformation of collective memory. This theatrical work reeds and rewrites the literary text in a scenic way and the staging allows to note the testimonial character of fiction and also the political potency to elaborate and dispute collective memories and identities.
