Disenso dentro del partido bolchevique: las fracciones del X Congreso partidario y la resistencia del proletariado industrial

Abstract

El presente trabajo centra su análisis en el contexto de los debates suscitados al interior del partido bolchevique en torno a la función que, en el marco de la organización de la producción, habría de desempeñar la población obrera industrial luego de la Revolución de octubre de 1917. Se procura reconstruir el escenario problemático contrastando los argumentos de las fracciones contendientes durante el X Congreso partidario de 1921 con las acciones de resistencia local desplegadas por el proletariado industrial durante el mismo período. Se argumentará que el episodio no se limitó a expresar una lucha facciosa suscitada por interpretaciones divergentes res-pecto del horizonte programático dentro del cual debía encuadrarse el proceso revolucionario. La indagación de esta confrontación permite igualmente vislumbrar el reconocimiento de un creciente distanciamiento de las estructuras partidarias, así como de los órganos del naciente poder soviético respecto de las bases obreras. Se plantea la posibilidad de interpretar este distanciamiento como indicador de la capacidad de las colectividades obreras en las fábricas para oponer una efectiva resistencia a las directivas partidarias de elevación de la disciplina y productividad laborales.

This paper focuses its analysis in the context of the debates that have arisen within the Bolshevik party regarding the role that, within the framework of the organization of production, industrial workers would have to play after the October Revolution of 1917. An attempt is made to reconstruct the problematic scenario by contrasting the arguments of the contending fractions during the X party Congress of 1921 with the actions of local resistance deployed by the industrial proletariat during the same period. It will be argued that the episode was not limited to expressing a factional struggle aroused by divergent interpretations regarding the programmatic horizon within which the revolutionary process should be framed. The investigation of this confrontation also allows us to glimpse the recognition of a growing distancing of the party structures and the organs of the nascent Soviet power co the workers' bases. The possibility of interpreting this distancing as an indicator of the capacity of the workers' collectives in the factories to oppose an effective resistance to the party directives of raising discipline and laborncerning productivity is raised.
