La disolución de la personal majesty: el derecho de resistencia comunitario lockeano

Abstract

En primer lugar, se intentará aclarar qué implica para el autor la disolución de la obligación de obediencia. En segundo lugar, se buscará diferenciar el derecho de defensa y el derecho de resistencia. En tercer lugar, se analizará si el derecho de resistencia es una construcción alegórica sin pretensiones de facticidad o, por el contrario, la fundamentación de un elemento esencial de la teoría lockeana.

In the first place, I'll seek to clarify what the author means with the dissolution of the obligation of obedience. Secondly, I will seek to distinguish the right of defencefrom the right of resistance. Third, I'll consider whether the right of resistance is an allegorical construction without pretence of facticity or, conversely, the foundation of a fundamental element of the lockean theory.
