Radios informativas online: categorías metodológicas para su estudio y posterior aplicación a los casos de Radio Nacional y Radio Continental Argentina

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende reflexionar y proponer una herramienta metodológica que permita abordar de manera organizada, diversificada y metódica, las propuestas de contenidos de las plataformas online de las radios informativas, signadas por las características inherentes a los productos de la industria cultural digital: movilidad, no linealidad y cambio permanente. Para ello se revisarán una serie de categorías y variables analíticas, pensadas originalmente para el estudio de la prensa online, y evaluará su pertinencia y/o necesidad de adaptación para el análisis específico de los contenidos de las radios informativas online. Una vez realizada esta revisión, se presentan los resultados de la aplicación analítica de las categorías definidas en un relevamiento de contenidos de dos casos de radios informativas argentinas con plataforma en Internet: Radio Nacional y Radio Continental. Las conclusiones elaboradas intentan trazar un escenario preliminar sobre la tendencia en oferta de contenidos de las radios informativas online y al mismo tiempo abre nuevos interrogantes para la investigación.

This paper aims to consider and propose a methodological tool to analyze in an organized, diversified and methodical, the contents of the online platforms of informative radio, marked by the inherent characteristics of the digital culture industry products: mobility, nonlinearity and permanent change. We reviewed a number of categories and analytical variables, originally designed for the study of online media, and assess their relevance and need for adaptation to the specific analysis of the contents of informative online radios. After this review, we present the results of the analytical application of the categories in a survey of contents of two informative cases Argentine radio the Internet platform: Radio Continental and Radio National. The findings demarcate a preliminary stage on the trend in the proposed contents of the informative online radios and at the same time raise new questions for research.
