Los diarios como actores influyentes del sistema público: tensiones en torno al proceso de construcción de realidad

Abstract

Los diarios son actores influyentes en el proceso de construcción de realidad. Esa capacidad de afectación de escenarios, particularmente en el sistema público, esta vinculada con la potestad de instalación de discusiones y tensiones ciudadanas, además de intereses inherentes a una empresa comercial. La matriz de ese esquema de valoración y visibilidad se sustenta en particularidades que suceden durante el proceso de construcción de realidad, donde confluyen significaciones diversas en torno al concepto, por ejemplo, de noticiabilidad. Es por ello que el objetivo de este artículo es explorar diferentes acepciones teóricas respecto a las instancias de producción informativa, para entender, desde allí, las tensiones que suceden durante el periodo mediático de recontextualización social; donde se torna evidente, creemos, aquella capacidad de afectación de decisiones a la cual hacíamos referencia inicialmente.

The newspapers are influential actors in the reality construction process. That possibility of affect scenes, particularly in the public system, is linked with the authority to instal discussions and citizen tension, besides inherent commercial company interests. The roots of valuation and visibility of that scheme are sustained in particularitities that happen during the process of reality construction, where several meanings converge, for example, around the concept of newsworthness. That is why the object of this article is to explore different theoretical meanings respect to the instances from informative production to understand the tensions that happen during the mediatic period of social recontextualización; where, we think, it becomes evident that affectattion capacity of decisions, to which we made reference initially.
