El arte de la guerra en la guerra del arte

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo dar cuenta de la relación entre dos aspectos de la Teoría Estética y la Teoría Política: el arte y la guerra respectivamente. Profundizando esta cuestión, será nuestro interés analizar lo que podríamos dar en llamar una suerte de guerra psicológica, que, creemos, se presenta en diferentes expresiones artísticas. Cabe destacar que el estudio de esta guerra psicológica se circunscribirá a un campo específico: el imaginario social norteamericano presente en comics y cine de superhéroes. Por tal motivo se buscará ver en qué consiste y las representaciones sociales que refleja.

In this work, we would like to analyze the relation between two different aspects of esthetic and political theory: the art and the war, respectively. Analyzing this issue, it will be our interest to focus on a kind a war that we can give to call a sort of “psychological war”, which according to our view, appears in different artistic expressions. It is important to mention that the study of this “psychological war” should be delimited to a specific field: the North American social imaginary, which is represented by comic characters and superheroes films.
