Abstract

L'objectif visé par cette recherche historique consiste en la caractérisation et I'interprétation des relations entn Ént, Bureaucrafie, Savoír et Pouvoir dans I la saisie et I'interprétation du róle de cesfacteurs dans le déséquilibre régional caractéristique de l'agriculture argentine. Lafinalité de l'étude porte sur une analyse de l'influence de la relation entre lqformulation des politiques agricoles publiques définies par la .. connaissance rurale >> et leur association au travers des actes techniques, de I'action des Officiels et des actions entreprises dans la conduite du développement hétérogéne du pays. En synthése le but consiste en la saisie de la complexité des aspects du déséquilibre régional argentin entre 1880 et 1960 au-deld d'une simple perspective géographique ou étroitement économique

The purpose of this historical research is to characterize and to interpret the relationships among the State, its bureaucracy, knowledge and power for understanding and interpreting the role they have within the regional imbalances that characterize the agricultural Argentina. The final purpose of this study is to consider how the relationship among the public agricultural policies formulation related to "rural knowledge" and expressed in technical parts, the fficials, and the undertakings to guide the unequal agrarian development of the country- are associated. To sum up, the aim is to comprehend the complexity^ of the outlines of the regional Argentinean imbalance between 1880 and 1960, beyond a geographic or stríct economic vision.
