Imágenes de la violencia: un acercamiento a algunas imágenes recurrentes en el cine documental post dictadura

Abstract

El trabajo se presenta como un aporte a la reconstrucción de la memoria del pasado reciente a partir del análisis de algunos materiales de archivo presentes en tres films documentales producidos en los últimos veinticino años en la Argentina: La república perdida (Miguel Pérez, 1983), Montoneros, una historia (Andrés Di Tella, 1994) y Cazadores de utopías (David Blaustein, 1995). Puntualmente, el análisis intentará problematizar el modo en que los materiales de archivo operan en la construcción de nuestro imaginario sobre el pasado reciente. Para esto, sigue la recurrencia de ciertas imágenes en los distintos recorridos narrativos, el tipo de utilización que se hace del material de archivo y cómo son resignificados estos fragmentos en cada documental. A partir de un recorrido por diferentes imágenes de archivo que han circulado durante las décadas del ochenta y noventa, el trabajo busca establecer una mirada histórica sobre procesos culturales enmarcados en un período poco abordado hasta el momento por las ciencias sociales en Argentina.

The work appears as a contribution to the reconstruction of the memory of the recent past from the analysis of some present materials of file in three documentary films produced in the last 25 years in Argentina: La república perdida (Miguel Pérez, 1983), Montoneros, una historia (Andrés Di Tella, 1994) and Cazadores de utopías (David Blaustein, 1995). Punctually, the analysis will try problematizar the way in which the materials of file operate in the construction of our imaginary one on the recent past. For this, it follows the recurrence of certain images in the different narrative tours, the type of utilization that is done of the material of file and how these fragments are re-meant in every documentary. By going through different archival images that have circulated during the decades of eighty and ninety, the work seeks to establish a historical look on cultural processes placed in a period little approached up to the moment for the social sciences in Argentina.
