Resumen
In overhead transmission lines, due to wind action, OPGW cables can vibrate and oscillate as a result of different types of aerodynamic and aeroelastic instabilities. Therefore, studies to evaluate its dynamic behavior are necessary. This paper presents a Bayesian calibration model of a finite element model based on Euler-Bernoulli beam theory, intending to estimate the bending stiffness of the cable. For this purpose, experimental tests were performed in a laboratory span. The posteriors distributions of the bending stiffness and damping coefficient were obtained from the backward propagation of the experimental measurements. In addition, the uncertainty of the calibrated forward model was propagated and contrasted with the experimental data.
