Ciudadanía y cartas del primer peronismo en La Rioja: Configuraciones posibles de un nuevo orden comunitario

Abstract

El presente trabajo se propone abordar la dimensión de la ciudadanía en el primer peronismo, en La Rioja. En particular, interesa hacer foco en la recuperación de conflictividades sociales emergentes en dicho contexto provincial, para aludir a la articulación de demandas que ponen en entredicho los bordes del espacio comunitario. De esta manera, la composición discursiva de lo social constituye nuestra vía analítica para el planteo acerca de las formas posibles de lo común. A partir de la recuperación de cartas y notas de opinión que intentan establecer un diálogo con autoridades estatales, nos ocupamos de rastrear aquellos rasgos conflictivos de una práctica de ciudadanía que articula esta discursividad de nuevos derechos del peronismo. Este trabajo se constituye en un intento por aportar una vía argumentativa que condensa las mediaciones conflictivas entre los sujetos y la experiencia política del peronismo, a través de fuentes heterogéneas y fragmentarias. Por otro lado, este trabajo se aboca a trazar un arco analítico entre la expresión de conflictividades sociales y las modulaciones subjetivas que emergen desde los bordes de un orden social y vuelven a delimitar aquello considerado como lo comunitario.

The present work aims to address the dimensión of the citizenship during the first peronism, in La Rioja. In particular, it is interesting to focus on the recovery of emerging social conflicts in this provincial context, to refer to the articulation of demands that challenge the edges of the comunitary space. In this way, the discursive composition of the social constitutes our analytical way for the posing about the possible forms of the common. Based on the recovery of letters and opinion notes that attempt to establish a dialogue with the state authorities, we are concerned with tracing those conflicting features of a citizenship practice which articulates this discursiveness of new rights of the Peronism. This article is constituted in an attempt to provide an argumentative way that condenses the conflictive mediations between the subjects and the political experience of Peronism, through heterogeneous and fragmentary sources. On the other hand, this work sets out to draw an analytical arc between the expression of social conflicts and the subjective modulations that emerge from the edges of a social order and once again delimit what is considered as community.
