Aportes sobre el cuidado como vínculo afectivo en la reconstrucción de la trama social

Abstract

En este trabajo presentamos los principales conceptos del corpus teórico de nuestras investigaciones en torno a la cuestión aquí planteada. Nos proponemos profundizar sobre la noción de cuidado en el contexto social actual, caracterizado por una trama social dañada. Focalizamos en el contraste de dos perspectivas sobre la naturaleza y condición humana: por un lado, la individualista basada en la autosuficiencia y la competencia y por otra parte, la del cuidado basada en la fragilidad y la interdependencia de todos los seres vivos. La primera, anclada en el racionalismo, fundante de la modernidad, matriz del capitalismo y neoliberalismo actual. La segunda emergente en las grietas del fracaso del modelo moderno, va erigiéndose sobre las bases de los desarrollos ontoepistemológicos surgidos en el siglo XX: la física relativista y la física cuántica, la teoría de los sistemas, la termodinámica, la biología del conocimiento, el interaccionismo simbólico, la teoría de la complejidad, la ecología profunda, en síntesis, el paradigma holográfico. La primera perspectiva circunscribe el cuidado a una tarea concreta que se dirime de manera lineal entre cuidadores y cuidados, restando atención a la dimensión relacional entre éstos. La segunda entiende que la categoría de cuidado excede dicha tarea y se aproxima al concepto de vínculo afectivo, el que guarda desde nuestra perspectiva la potente simiente de reconstrucción de la trama social. Para profundizar en esta cuestión en este trabajo damos discusión a los estudios de la ética del cuidado desarrollados por la psicóloga Carol Gilligan, como así también las investigaciones del psicoanalista John Bowlby. Finalizamos el artículo ofreciendo aportes para comprender el concepto de interdependencia y el cuidado como trama relacional, entendiendo que la vida es un bien común y necesitamos pensar otros modos de organización social que puedan resguardarla.

In this paper we present the main concepts of the theoretical corpus of our research around the issue raised here. Our propose is to deep the notion of care in the current social context, identified by a damaged social web. We focus on the contrast of two perspectives on nature and the human condition: on the one hand, the individualist based on self-reliance and competition and on the other hand, care based on the fragility and interdependence of all living beings. The first, routed in rationalism, founder of modernity, matrix of capitalism and current neoliberalism. The second emergent in the cracks of the failure of the modern model, is built on the basis of l ontoepistemological developments in the twentieth century: relativistic physics and quantum physics, systems theory, thermodynamics, knowledge biology, the symbolic interactionism, complexity theory, deep ecology. The first perspective circumscribes care to a specific task that is settled in a linear way between caregivers and carers people, while subtracting attention to the relational dimension between them. The second understands that the category of care exceeds this task and approximates to the concept of affective link, which keeps from our perspective the powerful seed of reconstruction of the social web. To deepen this issue in this work we discuss the studies of the ethics of care developed by psychologist Carol Gilligan, as well as the research of psychoanalyst John Bowlby. To conclude we present a contribute about of the concept of interdependence and care as a relational web, understanding that life is a common good and we need to think about other modes of social organization that can protect it.
