Resumen

Considering the potential of bifidobacteria for improving animal health and production, the detection and isolation of these bacteria from intestinal content of poultry was optimised. A phylogenetic tree was constructed to show the relationship between 16S rRNA gene sequences of the strains isolated from poultry and related Bifidobacterium type strains by using PhyML 3.0
