Lugar crítico del psicoanálisis a partir de una interpretación de Kant

Abstract

A partir de la lectura que Jacques Lacan realiza sobre la razón práctica de Immanuel Kant desde la ética del psicoanálisis se analizan las categorías de goce y deseo como elementos constitutivos de la ley, indispensables para una interpretación crítica de la moral. Para esto se examina el concepto kantiano de libertad tomando los desarrollos de Alenka Zupančič, con el fin de delimitar el posicionamiento del sujeto del inconsciente respecto de la norma; en este sentido, se buscan aclarar ciertas interpretaciones erróneas sobre la ética del psicoanálisis, orientadas a una postura relativista. Finalmente se aborda la problemática de la fundamentación y la aplicación de normas desde la categoría de goce, que propone al sujeto del inconsciente como agente y a la vez paciente de la ley moral. Esto lleva a preguntar por el lugar crítico de la teoría psicoanalítica, tomando como referencia la teoría de la argumentación de Habermas y Apel y su posición respecto de la identidad y los ideales.

Ausgehend von Jacques Lacans Lektüre -aus der Perspektive der Ethik der Psychoanalyse- über die praktische Vernunft Immanuel Kants werden die Kategorien des Genusses und des Begehrens als konstitutive Elemente des Gesetzes und als unverzichtbar für eine kritische Interpretation der Moral analysiert. Hierzu wird der kantische Begriff der Freiheit mithilfe Alenka Zupancics Weiterentwicklungen untersucht mit dem Ziel, die Position des Subjekts des Unbewussten gegenüber der Norm zu definieren. In diesem Sinn wird versucht, bestimmte irrige, auf eine relativistische Haltung abzielende Interpretationen der Ethik der Psychoanalyse aufzuklären. Abschließend wird die Problematik der Begründung und der Anwendung von Normen angesprochen; dabei wird von der Kategorie des Genusses ausgegangen, die das Subjekt des Unbewussten sowohl als Agent als auch als Patient des Moralgesetzes vorschlägt. Dies führt zur Frage nach dem kritischen Ort der Psychoanalyse; hier wird auf die Theorie der Argumentation von Habermas und Apel und ihre Position zur Identität und zu den Idealen Bezug genommen.

From the interpretation that Jacques Lacan makes on Immanuel Kant’s practical reason from the ethics of psychoanalysis the notions of enjoyment and desire are analysed as constituent elements of the law, indispensable for a critical interpretation of morality. On this stance, the Kantian concept of freedom is examined taking Alenka Zupančič,’s work in order to define the position of the subject of the unconscious with respect to the norm; in this regard, we seek to clarify some misconceptions about the ethics of psychoanalysis, oriented toward a relativistic position. Finally, we analyse the problem of grounding and application of moral norms from the concept of enjoyment that proposes the subject of the unconscious and at the same time, as agent and patient of the law. This leads to the question about the critical position of psychoanalytic theory, from the standpoint of Apel and Habermas theory of argumentation and their position towards identity and ideals.
