Cooperativismo y condiciones laborales de los actores en el teatro porteño

Abstract

En el presente trabajo nos centraremos en las características que adopta la organización de la producción teatral en cooperativas, modalidad utilizada en el denominado circuito alternativo u off del teatro porteño actual. Para ello analizaremos la implementación del cooperativismo en etapas anteriores de nuestra historia teatral, en especial durante los años de las huelgas de actores (1919-1921) y en el movimiento de teatro independiente, y su influencia en el modelo actual.

In this paper we will focus on the characteristics adopted by the organization of theater production in cooperatives, a modality used in the so-called off or alternative circuit. For this we will analyze the implementation of cooperatives in previous stages of our theatrical history, especially during the years of strikes by actors (1919-1921) and in the independent theater movement, and its influence on the current model.
