Reflexiones teóricas sobre dos enfoques conexos: la Gestión Integral del Territorio y la Gestión Iintegral del Riesgo

Abstract

El trabajo consiste en una reflexión teórica sobre los enfoques de la Gestión Integral del Territorio y la Gestión Integral del Riesgo. A partir de las inquietudes surgidas de las practicas investigativas en el marco de la labor desarrollada en diversos asentamientos informales de la ciudad de Puerto Madryn en la provincia de Chubut, el objetivo propuesto es poner en diálogo dichos enfoques a partir del análisis de sus aportes teóricos y conceptuales, con la finalidad de indagar los alcances de los mismos para el diagnóstico integral y la gestión de situaciones de riesgo en estos espacios de estudio.

The work consists of a theoretical reflection on two approaches: the Integral Management of the Territory and the Integral Management of the Risk. Based on the concerns arising from the investigative practices in the framework of the work carried out in various informal settlements in the city of Puerto Madryn in the province of Chubut, the proposed objective is to put into dialogue these approaches from the analysis of their theoretical and conceptual contributions, in order to investigate the scope of the same for the integral diagnosis and the management of risk situations in these spaces of study.
