Mercado de trabajo argentino: Continuidades y rupturas entre el régimen neoliberal de 1976-2001 y la Post Convertibilidad

Abstract

La crisis de 2001-2002 dio lugar al advenimiento de un conjunto de cambios en la política macroeconómica y en la visión del rol del Estado en la Argentina. Es en razón de ello que, luego de una década de crecimiento, se encuentra en debate si la posconvertibilidad ha logrado dejar atrás, en la economía en general y en el mercado de trabajo en particular, los flagelos que han afectado a la sociedad desde fines del siglo pasado. En este contexto el presente trabajo analiza los elementos de continuidad y ruptura que se verifican en la estructura y composición del mercado laboral argentino durante las últimas cuatro décadas, a través de los distintos modelos de acumulación vigentes desde 1976 a la actualidad.

The 2001-2002 crisis gave rise to the advent of a series of changes in the macroeconomic politics and in the view of the role of the State in Argentina. It is for this reason that, after a decade of growth, it is still under discussion if the post-convertibility period has tried to leave behind, in the economy in general and in the labour market in particular, the scourges that have affected society since the end of the last century. It is in this context that the present work analyzes the elements of continuity and rupture which are verified in the structure and composition of the Labour Market in Argentina during the last four decades, through the different accumulation models in force from 1976 to the present day.
