La parodia del tema trágico en el universo ficcional de W. Allen

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por tema mostrar cómo el universo ficcional de W. Allen asume de modo paródico los tres temas de la tragedia: destino, obcecación e hybris. Para ello la argumentación describe, en primer lugar, las relaciones entre el ideal de vida trágico y la verdad de la existencia tomando como punto de partida a Foucault y Ricoeur. En segundo lugar, se hace un breve análisis del film Mighty Aphrodite. Y, por último, se sugiere una clave de lectura de la apropiación de los ideales de vida por parte de la industria cultural cinematográfica.

This paper aims to show how the narrative universe of W. Allen takes as a parody the three tragic subjects, namely, fate, blindness and hubris. In order to develop argumentatively this statement, this paper starts with a description of the relationship between the tragic life ideal and the existence truth by means of the interpretation of M. Foucault and P. Ricoeur. In second place, it´s analyzed briefly a W. Allen´s movie Mighty Aphrodite. And finally it´s suggested a way to read the place of the ideals of life in the movies of the cultural industry.
